5. Manage airworthiness instructions, service announcements and notices from the aviation authority.
6. Establish and maintain a standard operating procedure (SOP) for each fleet.
7. Manage the annual assessment of all crew members.
8. Regular technical research meetings are held.
9. Self-inspect according to the self-inspector manual.
